At Tinynatural, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products right to your doorstep. Our shipping policy ensures timely delivery while maintaining the freshness and quality of our products. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
1. General Shipping Information
1.1. Tinynatural handles all deliveries directly to ensure product quality and freshness.
1.2. Deliveries are currently available in specific service areas. Please check availability at checkout.
2. Delivery Timelines
2.1. Fresh Microgreens
Fresh microgreens are harvested and delivered the next day to ensure maximum freshness.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following day for next-day delivery.
2.2. Fresh Juices (Same Day Delivery)
For Lunch: Place your order before 9:00 AM for delivery between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM.
For Dinner: Place your order before 2:00 PM for delivery between 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
Orders placed after the cut-off times will be delivered in the next available time slot.
2.3. Subscription Deliveries
Subscriptions will be delivered as per the pre-agreed schedule.
If you are unavailable for a scheduled delivery, please contact us at info@tinynatural.com at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
3. Delivery Charges
3.1. Delivery charges may vary based on location and will be displayed during checkout.
3.2. Free delivery is available for orders exceeding a specified amount (as indicated on our website).
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1. Ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the products during the scheduled time.
4.2. If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s unavailability, we will attempt to contact you. A re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Order Modifications or Cancellations
5.1. Orders can only be modified or canceled before processing begins:
For Same-Day Juices: Cancellations or changes must be requested before the cut-off times.
For Fresh Microgreens: Modifications must be requested before 5:00 PM the previous day.
5.2. Subscription modifications require at least 24 hours’ notice.
6. Freshness and Quality Assurance
6.1. Our products are delivered in eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging designed to maintain their freshness during transit.
6.2. If you receive a damaged or compromised product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at info@tinynatural.com.

7. Service Areas
7.1. Tinynatural currently delivers within specific cities and regions. Expansion to other locations will be announced on our website and social channels.
7.2. Orders outside our service area may not be accepted.
