1.1. Tinynatural is committed to providing sustainable, high-quality, and innovative products, including fresh microgreens, powders, IoT-enabled fogponic towers, and subscription services.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Tinynatural, whether purchased online, through subscriptions, or in collaboration with our distribution partners.

2. Product Information

2.1. Fresh Products: All our fresh microgreens and perishable products are cultivated in controlled environments and adhere to the highest standards of safety and nutrition.

2.2. Shelf Life: Our fresh microgreens remain fresh for up to 6 days when stored under recommended conditions in our eco-friendly biodegradable packaging. Any deterioration due to improper storage is not covered by Tinynatural.

2.3. IoT Fogponic Towers: These products are designed for personal use. Tampering with the hardware, software, or IoT systems voids all warranties.

2.4. Accuracy of Information: Tinynatural strives for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur due to natural growth processes and technological upgrades.

3. No Return Policy

3.1. Fresh and Perishable Products: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we strictly enforce a No Return Policy.

3.2. Exceptions: Refunds or replacements will only be issued for:

Incorrect items delivered.
Packaging damaged during transit.
Quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3.3. Customers must provide photographic evidence of any issues for verification.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellations

4.1. Subscription services for fresh microgreens are non-refundable once processed.

4.2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next delivery cycle. Failure to do so will result in a charge for that cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on the Tinynatural website, including product designs, IoT systems, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Tinynatural’s proprietary technologies or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Tinynatural is not liable for:

Misuse or improper handling of products post-delivery.
Adverse effects resulting from personal allergies or health conditions not disclosed to us.
Losses incurred due to third-party service interruptions, such as delivery delays.

6.2. Tinynatural’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

7. Warranty for IoT Fogponic Towers

7.1. Tinynatural offers a one-year limited warranty on IoT Fogponic Towers for manufacturing defects only.

7.2. The warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Issues arising from improper water or nutrient usage.

7.3. Repairs outside warranty will be subject to additional charges.

8. User Conduct

8.1. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information.

8.2. Tinynatural reserves the right to terminate access to our services if a customer is found violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
